Chickadee Timber Frames aspires to build custom, unique, high quality, traditional style, smaller Timber Frame buildings that are complete and built on site.

Timber Frame buildings can be a stand alone structure or as an addition to an existing building.

"The Chickadee"

Our signature Timber Frame model, "The Chickadee", comes in sizes ranging from 500 sq feet up to 1000 sq feet. Can be sold as an erected frame only or a complete closed in and finished frame.

Prices for the erected frame range from $30 - $45 per sq foot of living space, (not including the cost of the foundation).

Timber Frame Porch or Addition:

Why not add on an extra room to your existing house, or build an entrance porch, (either an open breezeway, or an insulated entrance.) Can also construct a timber frame portion of a hybrid home. Timber frame building additions are an excellent way to increase the value of your existing home. Excellent curb appeal with these entrances.

May be sold as an erected frame only, or completely finished.

Prices for additions, frame only range from $40 - $50 per sq foot.
For an open, un-insulated, i.e. entrance way to house, with finished roof and installed, range from $75 - $90 per sq foot.(not including the cost of the foundation.)
